Der Titel für die künstlerische Umsetzung dieses neuen Verfahrens ist eine Vision. Die Idee besteht im wesentlichen darin, Information oder Botschaften mit Hilfe mobiler Kommunikationstechniken kommunizierbar zu machen. Unabhängig von Ort und Zeit. Zum Schutz gegen Vergessen, Verlieren und gelöscht werden soll die Information dauerhaft eingeschrieben werden. Durch die permanente Einschreibung in die Haut, wird aus möglichen Informationen nur das wichtigste herausgefiltert. Die Information bekommt Bedeutung. Das ist wichtig, da wir in der heutigen Zeit statt Informationen aufzunehmen meistens nur noch damit beschäftigt sind, nutzbare von nutzlosen Informationen zu trennen.

The title of the first example of this new medium is a vision. The idea is basically to transmit data and information by means of mobile communication technology, irrespective of time and place. Permanent data storage in order to resist processes of (memory) loss and deletion, means extracting the data's very essence. The information thus becomes more important. Interestingly enough, we are currently preoccupied with gleaning usable information from useless data rather than assimilating and processing it directly.
